Hi, we’re Drake Content!

We turn content into revenue. And we’re just getting started.

We’re a social creative, AI and performance growth agency doing things differently for travel, hospitality, wellness and destination brands. We also work with lots of other cool brands in property, finance and fitness, too. Do you have a favourite travel brand or destination? We’ve probably worked with them! Had a drink at a bar in Melbourne or Sydney recently that was super cool? We know about them.

We’re not just keeping up with where digital is going. We’re helping define it.

We're experiencing exciting growth, which is why we need someone to support our Creative and Performance teams. We're passionate about our team culture, incredible clients, and the endless possibilities the digital world (and this rapidly growing space) will offer our new starter.

The Role

Are you a young creative, ready to dive into agency life, or a junior-level social creative looking to make the move from brand-side to agency? This is your moment.

This role sits at the intersection of creative thinking and hands-on execution. You’re not just someone who dreams up the feed – you’re someone who builds it. You understand what stops a scroll, what drives a click, and what makes someone actually book. You love creative storytelling across formats, and while your world is mostly organic, you’re curious about how paid creative works and what it takes to generate real results for a brand. You’re someone who wants to understand not just how content looks, but how it converts.

You’ll work closely with our Lead Creative Strategist to bring campaigns and social feeds to life across some of Australia’s most exciting travel, tourism, property and lifestyle brands – and you’ll help us own the Drake brand across Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn alongside our Social Content Producer and Video Producer.

You're early in your career. That's fine. What we care about is that you're hungry, creative, organised, and genuinely obsessed with what's working on social right now.

What You’ll Do

Content & Creative

  • Build and schedule content across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and more
  • Produce scroll-stopping reels, statics and carousels using native editing tools like CapCut, Canva, InShot or similar
  • Assist the Creative team with ideating and scripting short-form video content and direct-response ad concepts – always hook-first
  • Spot trends before they peak and bring ideas to the table without being asked

Paid & Performance Support

  • Support paid social campaigns by prepping assets, copy variations and direct-response creative concepts
  • Assist with basic reporting and content performance insights – we'll show you what to look for and why it matters
  • Help translate what's working in paid into organic, and vice versa

Production & Coordination

  • Work from briefs – and help write them – to keep creative output sharp, on-brand and on time
  • Manage content folders so everything is filed, referenced and ready to go – no one's hunting for assets on deadline
  • Be on the ground for shoots and content days when needed

Community & Communication

  • Support light community management across client accounts
  • Keep the team in the loop – you communicate clearly, proactively and with initiative

About You

  • 1 – 2 years in social, content or creative (agency or brand-side, both welcome)
  • You understand the hook – you think about the first two seconds before anything else
  • Comfortable with CapCut, Canva, InShot or similar (Premiere Pro is a bonus)
  • Able to stay organised and juggle multiple clients and timelines at a time
  • Initiative! We love it when you ask questions – curiosity is everything to us
  • Curious about AI and where it’s taking creative and content. Bonus points if you’ve already played with tools like Claude, Manus, Higgsfield or Loveable
  • A natural storyteller with a genuine love for travel, hospitality and lifestyle brands

Why Drake

We’re building something we genuinely believe is new – a growth agency where AI, social creative and performance work as one system, turning content into a compounding driver of revenue for brands. You won’t just be along for that ride. You’ll be part of building it.

Plus: great clients, a dog-friendly, light-filled Collingwood office, good coffee, and a team that takes the work seriously but not themselves.
