We are looking for a Part-Time Sales Associate to join our team at our Brooklyn store. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated and trustworthy luxury & fashion enthusiast who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships with customers, and is eager to contribute to the growth of our emerging brand.
Please note: This role requires weekend availability, with the possibility of additional hours as needed.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers professionally and warmly
Provide product knowledge and assist with selections
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
Maintain a clean, organized sales floor with well-stocked displays
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and exchanges with professionalism
Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
Assist customers with jewelry repair drop-offs and product demonstrations
Develop and nurture customer relationships through our clientele program
Requirements:
1+ years of luxury sales experience
Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently and as part of a team
Excitement to work for a fast-growing brand
Must be reliable and punctual
Positive, outgoing attitude with a willingness to learn about the company and jewelry
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and travel within NYC
Autonomous and thrives on feedback
Understands luxury goods marketing and sales
Sense of urgency and ability to work with sales goals
Driven and self-motivated to build programs that will allow us to scale the business and brand
Critical Actions:
Stay focused and present
Think creatively and be unafraid to think outside the box
Demonstrate care and follow-through
Familiarity with:
Point of Sale (POS) systems for processing transactions
Experience with Shopify required
Google Sheets and Excel
Compensation & Benefits:
Hourly Pay: $18–$24 per hour, based on experience
