Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Social Media Associate. The Social Media Associate will work closely with the social media manager and assist with creating and publishing content, monitoring and analyzing social media performance, managing customer inquiries, and collaborating with the team to execute social media campaigns.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Brainstorm ideas for social media content
Respond to social media messages
Edit photographs for social media and e-commerce platforms
Create captions and hashtags for social media content
Photo clothing items & accessories
Film videos for Instagram/Facebook/TikTok
Package items from e-comm sales
Assist on the sales floor as needed
Assist with opening/closing procedures
Qualifications
Strong communication skills
Social media content creation skills
Social media marketing skills
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
Excellent writing skills
Proficient in all major social media platforms
Detail-oriented and organized
Familiarity with social media analytics tools
Experience in the fashion industry or with consignment is a plus
Ability to learn new software and application tools
Ability to work 1-2 weekends per month (mostly Saturdays)
