Women’s RTW brand is looking for a Social Media & Content Manager

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation: Develop original, on-brand content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms, focusing on promoting our apparel.

Video & Photo Production: Create high-quality, aesthetically pleasing photos, videos, and reels that highlight products, styling tips, and new arrivals.

Social Media Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute content calendars that align with product launches, promotions, and trends.

Trend Research: Stay up to date on social media trends, platform updates, and fashion trends to keep content fresh, engaging, and relevant to our audience.

Analytics: Monitor and analyze the performance of content across all channels, providing insights to optimize engagement, follower growth, and conversion rates.

Collaborations: Work with influencers and brand ambassadors to create partnerships and drive user-generated content.

Copywriting: Write compelling captions, hashtags, and calls-to-action that align with our brand tone and objectives.

Community Engagement: Engage with our online community by responding to comments, DMs, and messages in a timely and authentic manner.

E-commerce Integration: Work closely with the eCommerce team to ensure seamless product integration into content, such as tagged products on Instagram or shopping links on TikTok (they don’t have but open to)

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, or related field (or equivalent work experience)

4+ years of experience as a content creator, social media coordinator, or similar role in the fashion or eCommerce space

Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook) and social media management tools (e.g., Later, Hootsuite)

Strong photography, videography, and photo-editing skills (experience with Adobe Suite, Final Cut, or similar tools preferred)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

A passion for fashion and a deep understanding of fashion trends and styling

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under tight deadlines

Experience with influencer marketing and partnerships is a plus

Qualifications

Deep understanding of the social media and digital landscape, content and media trends, platform best practices, paid media, and online consumer behavior.

Strong strategic, analytical and reporting skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proven success in managing and growing multiple social media accounts for a variety of consumer brands.

Experience working with brand ambassadors, including athletes, artists, and influencers.

Proven multi-tasking ability and strong project management skills.

Experience with campaign video content strategy and production

Willing to work in a fast-paced environment with an openness to change
