About the Role
We are a New York-based fashion and wellness brand looking for a content-focused intern to support daily short-form video production. This is a hands-on, in-person role for someone who enjoys filming, editing, and creating engaging visual content for social media in a fast-paced brand environment.
This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate in Media, Film, Communications, Digital Marketing, Visual Arts, or a related field who wants real experience producing content for a growing fashion and wellness brand.
Responsibilities
Create and edit short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms
Produce 3–5 pieces of content daily, including product videos, behind-the-scenes clips, lifestyle content, and social media visuals
Film daily content using a phone, camera, or other available equipment
Edit videos with strong pacing, clean transitions, captions, text overlays, and music selection
Support photoshoots and video shoots, including setup, product preparation, organization, and on-site assistance
Perform photo and video adjustments, including cropping, color correction, retouching, and simple visual edits
Create simple visual assets such as social media graphics, text overlays, thumbnails, and promotional content
Organize and manage media files, including raw footage, edited videos, photos, drafts, and final assets
Support content planning, creative execution, and day-to-day social media production
Stay aware of social media trends, especially TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, fashion, wellness, lifestyle, and short-form video content
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Media, Film, Communications, Digital Marketing, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred
Comfortable creating and editing short-form video content using CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing tools
Experience using Photoshop or similar photo editing/design tools for visual content creation
Strong interest in short-form video, social media, fashion, wellness, branding, and visual storytelling
Good sense of aesthetics, composition, pacing, music, and attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently and meet daily content goals in a fast-paced environment
Organized, reliable, proactive, and comfortable working on multiple content tasks in one day
Plus, but Not Required
Experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or a personal/brand social media account
Experience filming or editing product videos, lifestyle content, behind-the-scenes content, or social media campaigns
Experience assisting with video shoots, photoshoots, product photography, or content production
Experience with graphic design, illustration, thumbnails, or visual storytelling
Interest in fashion branding, wellness products, influencer marketing, or e-commerce content
