Key Accountabilities

Main responsibilities:

· Develop fun, inspiring and educational content across Instagram, Stories, Reels, TikTok etc. to ensure Sephora’s editorial voice is loud and engaging. Lead the social scene.

· Ensure all social content is created with Arabic and English in mind, and catered to the different markets and audiences

· Create an effective, highly engaging calendar per platform; enlighten audiences & deliver Sephora tone of voice in the content and the captions

· Work with all departments and brand teams to curate social media content in-line with business priorities and coinciding with new launches, store openings & other key moments

· Curate assets from brand teams to support top launches and incorporate within calendar

· Moderate social communities on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, paid ads and other pages should Sephora launch on additional platforms. Connect with social media community, respond to all comments, inquiries and complaints in a friendly, positive & professional tone of voice – and in a timely manner

· Work closely with Beauty pass team and ecommerce on management of customer complaints (moderation & escalation)

· Ensure positive sentiment on Sephora pages and monitor online sentiment for any potential risks

· Drive innovation across digital platforms

· Ensure content created is optimal per platform based on platform objectives and KPIs

· Cover live events, PA’s, shoots conventions and any other BTS content

· Analyze and report on content performance and digital KPIs to amplify performance (reach, engagement, clicks, purchases, completion and other metrics)

· Support Social Media Manager on paid campaigns, review plans, curate the assets and captions

· Support on administrative tasks, such as POs/Invoices/Supplier creations

Skills, Experience and Personality

· +3 years in a similar social/digital media role. Beauty/fashion/retail industry preferred.

· Skills: MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel

· Languages: Arabic (Mandatory) + English

· Excellent communication skills

· Social Guru: loves social media, content creation and up to date with social trends

· Agile and fast paced – multi-tasker

· Analytical mindset – ability to work with new tools and derive data that enables decisions
