TMRW House of Brands (ABFRL) aims to build best-in-class and thumb-stopping fashion content on social media across all our brands in order to help drive their success and ensure that customer engagement and brand positioning are on the same page. Our aim is not just to grow our followers but also to drive viral content and enable commerce through our brands’ social media channels.
We are looking for you! If you are driven, excited by all things viral, love fashion and style, and swear by the hustle of social media, you’re it! You’re going to play a critical role in shaping our social media efforts with our content and creative and marketing teams, so if you know Canva, Instagram filters, and quick hacks to maneuver the ever-changing social media landscape – more points to you. As a social media executive, the ideal candidate needs to have a strong sense of ownership, and the ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment. Learning and loving to network both internally and externally are core to this role. What else? You should have a next-level grasp of English and have the ability to make anything sound cool, current, and instantly shoppable. This role also requires someone who can simultaneously dive deep into the day-to-day issues of all our brands and at the same time think big about the Social Media landscape and emerging trends.
The role’s key responsibilities will include:
Gaining a deep understanding of our brands’ unique handles, their fashion offering, and their followers.
Building a great network and knowledge of influencers, influencer agencies, reel production agencies, and rates
Partnering with content and creative, marketing, and category teams to grow each handle – creating SM playbooks for each brand, including defining TOV for both editorial content vs. performance-based content
Moderating handles to triage escalations, and identifying time-sensitive solutions
Identifying emerging trends in Social Media, be an early adopter of these trends while addressing the core principles of the brand.
Create and present monthly, quarterly, and annual social strategy plans across brands, track performance and progress for plans
Support marketing team for new launches, announcements, and performance marketing-related content
Leverage metrics, reporting, and insights to measure the effectiveness and drive improvements
A Day in the Life-
Spending 70% of the day creating and conceptualizing content for SM across all brands
Spending 30% of the day in Meetings, working on collaborative projects, ideation sessions tied to driving P0 metrics to meet organizational goals
Qualifications
Must have spent time in a fast-paced social media-focused company/environment (preferably an agency)
Deep knowledge of tools to analyze and monitor social media metrics including engagement, impressions, and conversions. Ability to present learnings and action them.
Should be up-to-date with the latest SM trends, tools, and best practices across channels.
– Someone who is insta-obsessed at getting things done – both operational + executional work
Proficiency in English with excellent copywriting and communication skills with a keen eye for creative/fashion work.
Someone who plays hard when it comes to negotiations and goes all out when it comes to ideation.
Passion for fashion or must have some understanding of fashion or fashion brands and is completely immersed in the latest pop culture trends, vibes, and attitudes.
