Monvue is a new-age cosmetic contact lens brand built for Indian eyes. Designed with Korean precision, our lenses focus on subtle, everyday enhancement — comfortable, natural, and easy to wear.
We’re building a premium, understated brand. Not loud or gimmicky — just clean, elevated, and quietly confident.
Role
This is not a typical social media internship.
We’re looking for someone who understands Instagram deeply — what makes people stop, what makes content work, and what actually drives conversion.
You won’t be creating content yourself. You’ll work on the thinking behind it.
You’ll work closely with the founder to build Monvue’s Instagram growth through trends, creators, and influencer partnerships.
What you’ll do
• Spot trends early and translate them into brand-relevant ideas
• Find and work with micro-influencers, creators, and makeup artists
• Brief creators on hooks, storytelling, and direction
• Ensure content aligns with our premium aesthetic
• Think in terms of conversion, not just views
• Analyse performance and improve what’s working
• Continuously experiment with formats and ideas
What we’re looking for
• Early in your career, but sharp and highly observant
• Strong understanding of Instagram and how content spreads
• Good instinct for what works (and what doesn’t)
• Ability to think in hooks, formats, and audience psychology
• Strong written communication
• High taste level (beauty/fashion is a plus)
• Proactive, fast-moving, and curious
Bonus
• You’ve grown a page or worked with creators
• You follow and analyse brands like Rhode or Glossier
• You naturally notice patterns in viral content
