What You’ll Do As a Social Media Intern, you will support the team in:
● Assisting with onboarding creators, our creator program featured on Instagram.
● Helping ideate and create content: drop alerts, statics, carousels, and reels.
● Posting and organising customer testimonials on stories to build trust and credibility.
● Managing basic CRM by replying to customer DMs with clarity and positivity.
● Learning how to handle negative comments politely to maintain brand reputation.
● Collecting positive customer reviews from DMs and helping maintain organised records.
● Engaging with our community by interacting with posts where Oyela is tagged.
What You Bring
● A strong interest in social media, fashion, and content creation.
● Understanding of Instagram trends, formats, and creator culture.
● Basic editing skills (Reels, Canva, CapCut, etc.)
● Good communication skills and a friendly tone.
● Eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, creative environment.
