Social Media & Live Marketing Specialist (Spanish Preferred)

About Dazzling Fashion
Dazzling Fashion is a leading women’s fashion wholesaler serving boutiques throughout the U.S. and Mexico. We’re looking for an energetic, creative, and outgoing team member to help grow our online presence while supporting our sales team.
This is a hybrid role combining social media marketing, live content, and customer sales support. As our social media channels continue to grow, you’ll play an important role in becoming the face of our brand.
ResponsibilitiesSocial Media & Live Marketing (Approximately 50–80%)
- Host TikTok Live, Facebook Live, Instagram Live, and other live sessions to showcase new arrivals.
- Create engaging TikTok videos, Instagram Reels, Facebook posts, and other short-form content.
- Photograph and film new arrivals.
- Stay up to date with fashion and social media trends.
- Help grow Dazzling Fashion’s online presence and customer engagement.
- Write captions and schedule social media posts.
- Respond to comments and messages across social media platforms.
- Collaborate with our marketing and sales teams on promotions and product launches.
WhatsApp Sales & Customer Support (Approximately 20–50%)
- Assist wholesale customers through WhatsApp.
- Answer product questions and provide pricing and availability.
- Send photos and videos of new arrivals to customers.
- Follow up with existing customers and help build long-term relationships.
- Support our sales team with customer communication and order inquiries.
Qualifications
- Comfortable speaking on camera.
- Fluent in Spanish (preferred)
- Outgoing, friendly, and confident personality.
- Passion for fashion and social media.
- Experience with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Organized, dependable, and willing to learn.
