We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager to lead our social media strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the fashion industry, a proven track record in social media management, and strong video editing skills. This role requires a creative visionary who can drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth across all social platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with the brand’s objectives and resonate with our target audience.
Content Creation: Produce, curate, and manage high-quality, engaging content across all social media channels, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging platforms
Video Production: Conceptualize, shoot, and edit compelling video content tailored for various platforms, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics and messaging.
Community Engagement: Foster and grow our online community by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and initiating conversations that build brand loyalty.
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, utilizing insights to optimize content and strategy.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product development, to ensure cohesive brand storytelling.
Trend Monitoring: Stay abreast of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to keep the brand at the forefront of social media innovation.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years in social media management, with at least 3 years within the fashion industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, or a related field preferred.
Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools. Familiarity with graphic design software like Adobe Photoshop or Canva is a plus.
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, including their algorithms, best practices, and analytics tools.
Strong visual storytelling skills with an eye for design and aesthetics that align with fashion industry standards.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and engage diverse audiences.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
