We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager to lead our social media strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the fashion industry, a proven track record in social media management, and strong video editing skills. This role requires a creative visionary who can drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth across all social platforms.​

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with the brand’s objectives and resonate with our target audience.​

Content Creation: Produce, curate, and manage high-quality, engaging content across all social media channels, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging platforms

Video Production: Conceptualize, shoot, and edit compelling video content tailored for various platforms, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics and messaging.

Community Engagement: Foster and grow our online community by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and initiating conversations that build brand loyalty.

Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, utilizing insights to optimize content and strategy.​

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product development, to ensure cohesive brand storytelling.​

Trend Monitoring: Stay abreast of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to keep the brand at the forefront of social media innovation.​

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years in social media management, with at least 3 years within the fashion industry.​

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, or a related field preferred.

Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools. Familiarity with graphic design software like Adobe Photoshop or Canva is a plus.​

In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, including their algorithms, best practices, and analytics tools.​

Strong visual storytelling skills with an eye for design and aesthetics that align with fashion industry standards.​

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and engage diverse audiences.​

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.​
