We're Hiring: Social Media Manager
Very Much Indian, a Shark Tank–funded brand reviving heritage sarees for the new generation — with Paithani sarees as our signature offering — is looking for a Social Media Manager to lead our digital storytelling.
Backed by the craftsmanship of 3,000+ weavers across 8 states, we bring authentic handloom silk and cotton sarees to modern India. If you're passionate about fashion, content, and building brands online, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll own:
- Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube & LinkedIn accounts
- Engaging content, captions, reels & fashion storytelling
- Social media campaigns and content calendars
- End-to-end influencer marketing — from identifying and onboarding creators to tracking performance and ROI
- Coordination with photographers, designers & the marketing team
- Product descriptions, blogs & brand communication content
- Coverage of fashion events, photoshoots & exhibitions
- Monitoring trends and competitor activity
- Performance analysis to drive growth
What we're looking for:
- Background in Fashion Communication, Fashion Merchandising, Fashion Design, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related fields
- 3–5 years of experience in social media, fashion communication, or influencer marketing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Solid understanding of Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube & influencer marketing platforms
- Basic proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, or similar tools
- A genuine passion for Indian textiles, handlooms, fashion & luxury retail
- Creative, organized, and confident coordinating across teams
