We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who understands that social media is not just aesthetics or scheduling. It’s communication, psychology and consistency.
What you’ll do
- Manage social media accounts end to end (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok depending on client)
- Build monthly content calendars aligned with strategy
- Write captions that sound human, not generic marketing
- Coordinate with designers, video editors and performance team
- Brief creatives clearly with direction and intent
- Schedule and publish content
- Monitor comments, DMs and community interactions when required
- Track performance and improve content based on insights
- Participate in brainstorming and campaign ideation
- Stay updated with trends and use them only when relevant
- Understand each client’s tone of voice and audience

Requirements
- 2 to 3 years experience in social media management or similar role
- Strong written communication in Greek and English
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and scheduling tools
- Basic understanding of analytics and KPIs
- Ability to handle multiple brands at the same time
- Comfortable working in a collaborative team environment
- Organised and consistent
Nice to have
- Agency experience
- Understanding of branding and positioning
- Experience with TikTok formats
- AI tools familiarity
