About the Role
We are looking for a creative, hungry, and nimble Social Media Manager & Content Creator to lead short-form video creation and execution across two distinct identities: a fast-growing personal brand and Truffles Clothing.
If you live on TikTok and Instagram Reels, know how to edit snappy vertical video, and want hands-on experience building a brand from the ground up, this role is for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
You will oversee the entire creative lifecycle—from concept to publish—delivering 2 pieces of original content per day (1 for the personal brand, 1 for Truffles Clothing).
- Ideate: Brainstorm trending hooks, aesthetic visual concepts, and storytelling angles weekly.
- Shoot: Direct and film short-form video content during our in-person shoot days.
- Edit: Cut, color, sound-design, and caption high-retention vertical video (Reels, TikTok, Shorts).
- Manage & Post: Write engaging captions, research keywords/hashtags, schedule posts, and monitor basic engagement metrics.
How We Work (Hybrid Setup)
- In-Person (1–2 days/week): Meet locally to brainstorm content calendars, plan shot lists, and film raw content in batches.
- Remote: All editing, caption writing, scheduling, and community posting can be done on your own schedule from anywhere.
Who You Are (Ideal Candidate)
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Media Studies, Communications, Film, or Design.
- Proficient with mobile/DSLR cameras, lighting basics, and capably editing on CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Instagram Edits.
- Deep understanding of short-form video algorithms (retention hooks, trending audio, watch-time optimization).
- Self-starter who is hyper-organized, reliable, and able to stick to a daily publishing calendar.
- Strong aesthetic eye aligned with streetwear/fashion culture and lifestyle branding.

- Experience running or growing your own creator account or brand account.
