The Role

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to join our busy team at an exciting time of growth. Reporting to the Head of Digital, this is a new role for our growing team offering a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact on our social media channels.

Key Deliverables

Ownership of Paid, Gifted & Affiliates Influencer strategy & budget management

Sole content creator, owning and running the day-to-day social media calendar on the Albaray channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest and LinkedIn), creating, scheduling and posting daily content

Drive organic follower growth, reach and engagement, ensuring the Albaray brand tone of voice and aesthetic aligns across all channels

Build and shape our Meta, TikTok and Pinterest strategy

Outreach and develop meaningful relationships with influencers / content creators to drive relevant content and brand advocacy.

Curate engaging content including graphics, videos, and written copy on all social media platforms

Responsible for organising and running social media shoots

Support on seasonal photoshoots and press days capturing behind-the-scenes content

Craft and create briefs, including creative concepts, contracts, and all relevant materials to support commercial influencer activations.

Work collaboratively with marketing team to maximise usage of creative assets

Measure the performance and impact of social media activity, creating weekly and monthly reports, using insights to optimise strategy and improve results.

Stay up-to-date with latest trends and best practices, identifying new opportunities for growth and engagement, proactively applying these to our social media strategy

 

The Ideal Candidate

A love and understanding of social media, fashion and content creation

Bachelor’s degree or a related qualification in Marketing, Fashion or a related field

Minimum 2-3 years working in social media in the fashion or related industry

Highly creative content creator and visual storyteller with an eye for aesthetics, adept at producing engaging and visually stunning content within the brand taste level

Strong photography, copywriting, video editing, Photoshop (or Canva) skills

Strong organisational, analytical and problem solving skills

Proficiency with social media management tools and analytics

Thrives in a fast-paced environment, embraces self-directed work, and enjoys taking the initiative

Social Media Addict, aware of latest trends and how to appeal to both algorithm and audience

Self starter & problem solver with a positive can-do attitude

Passion for the fashion industry
