We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to lead the planning and execution of all organic social media activity across our brands, Billini and Banbé.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role is responsible for translating brand strategy into best-in-class social content and campaigns that drive engagement, brand awareness, and community growth.
You will own the social media strategy, oversee content execution, and manage the Social Media Coordinator, while collaborating closely with Creative, PR, Brand, and E-commerce & Digital teams to deliver impactful, on-brand content across all key platforms.
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement organic social media strategies across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and emerging channels
- Build and manage monthly content calendars aligned with campaign rollouts and product launches
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and visual identity
- Partner with PR to integrate influencer and PR content into the social calendar
- Collaborate with E-commerce & Digital to align organic content with paid media and sales priorities
Team Leadership & Development
- Manage and mentor the Social Media Coordinator
- Provide clear direction on content priorities, shoots, and scheduling
- Drive innovation by introducing new ideas, trends, and formats
Content Creation & Shoots
- Lead social-first content shoots from concept to execution
- Collaborate with Creative on campaign shoots to ensure social deliverables are captured
- Oversee lo-fi, UGC-style content, TikToks, Reels, and other high-performing formats
- Coordinate product, props, and talent for shoots
- Manage community engagement including comments, DMs, and tagged content
- Identify and leverage user-generated content opportunities
Performance & Reporting
- Track and report on KPIs using Dash Hudson and platform analytics
- Provide regular insights and recommendations to improve performance
- Monitor competitors and emerging trends
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner with Digital to produce content for paid campaigns
- Support PR and Creative teams on launches, events, and influencer activity
- Ensure alignment with broader digital initiatives including email and website
Qualifications & Experience
- 3+ years’ experience in social media management (fashion, beauty, or lifestyle preferred)
- Proven success developing and executing multi-platform social strategies
- Experience managing or mentoring junior team members
- Strong creative eye and attention to detail
- Experience leading social content shoots
- Proficiency in analytics tools (Dash Hudson, GA4, platform-native tools)
- Understanding of paid social and content requirements for ads
