Social Media Manager & Content Creator (Tall Women’s Fashion)

Job Description:
Seeking a creative, self-driven, and organized individual to join my tall fashion team as a social media manager. This role involves crafting compelling weekly newsletters, graphic creation, sourcing items, processing orders and returns, steam clothing, video and media editing, emailing brands, and posting to various social media platforms.
You will have the flexibility to work from home with adjustable hours, making it perfect for someone looking to balance creativity with freedom. To start, we’re looking for someone about 20-40 hours per week depending.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create engaging and visually appealing email newsletters using Flodesk
- Manage content uploads and optimize visuals for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube
- Market items and create social media posts
- Stay educated on social media and algorithm trends
- Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent brand voice and messaging. Generate and pitch creative ideas to enhance audience engagement.
- Stay up-to-date with current design trends and best practices in digital marketing.
- Shop daily online for latest sales and deals
- Research fashion trends
- Photograph and list items for sale on Postmark
- Keep closet organized
- Potential to attend influencer events
Qualifications:
- Must be very attentive to detail and have the ability to be flexible with schedule.
- A passion for tall fashion and an understanding of the unique challenges of dressing a tall frame.
- Strong experience using Flodesk or a similar email newsletter platform is a plus.
- Knowledge of Tik Tok, Pinterest, Facebook and Instagram and experience managing and optimizing content for these platforms.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- A passion for creativity and innovation in digital content.
- Digital marketing or design background a plus
- Past social media managing experience is preferred

Pay:
$16-$22 per hour based on experience
