This is a hands-on, office-based role for someone who can combine beautiful visual storytelling with disciplined planning and measurable results. You will develop and produce content for both brands, adapting your creative approach to their individual audiences while maintaining the highest luxury standards.

WE ARE ONLY ACCEPT CANDIDATES THAT SUBMIT THIER PORTFOLIO

THE ROLE

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and growth of both brands’ social media channels, from planning and content creation through to publishing, community management and performance reporting.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and managing separate social media strategies and content calendars for Nicholas Oakwell Couture and NO Uniform

• Creating, filming and editing high-quality photography and short-form video content

• Writing engaging, brand-appropriate captions and social copy

• Managing Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and other relevant platforms

• Capturing behind-the-scenes content in the studio, during fittings and at project installations

• Showcasing couture craftsmanship, collections, events and client stories

• Documenting NO Uniform projects, design development, manufacturing and completed hospitality installations

• Scheduling and publishing content consistently across all channels

• Managing comments, messages and online community engagement

• Identifying relevant cultural moments, trends and content opportunities

• Supporting launches, events, collaborations and PR activity

• Coordinating external photographers, videographers and other creative suppliers when required

• Monitoring performance and producing clear monthly reports

• Using insights to improve engagement, reach, audience growth and commercial results

• Maintaining an organised digital content library for both businesses

• Ensuring all content reflects the discretion, quality and visual standards expected of luxury brands

ABOUT YOU

You will be imaginative, visually sophisticated and comfortable taking ownership of the entire content process. You should be equally confident developing ideas, filming in the moment, editing content and analysing its performance.

You will ideally have:

• At least five years’ experience in social media, content creation or digital marketing

• A strong portfolio demonstrating excellent visual content and short-form video

• Experience working with luxury, fashion, hospitality, interiors or lifestyle brands

• Excellent written English and the ability to adapt your tone of voice between brands

• Strong photography, filming and video-editing skills

• Confidence using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut or equivalent platforms

• A detailed understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage two content calendars simultaneously

• A proactive, resourceful approach and the confidence to suggest and execute new ideas

• An appreciation of craftsmanship, design and luxury brand positioning

• Discretion and professionalism when working with private clients and confidential projects

Experience with paid social campaigns, email marketing, website content or analytics platforms would be advantageous, but is not essential.

WHAT WE OFFER

• The opportunity to shape the social presence of two ambitious British luxury businesses

• Exceptional access to couture craftsmanship, design development and international hospitality projects

• A varied role with genuine creative ownership

• A collaborative studio and office environment

• Opportunities to attend shoots, events, installations and launches

• A competitive salary based on experience

• Workplace pension and statutory holiday entitlement

This is a full-time, office-based position in London. It is not a remote role, as regular access to the couture studio, design process and project activity is essential to creating authentic content.
