Job Summary:
The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies across social media platforms to enhance the company’s brand visibility and influence. This role involves managing social media channels, creating compelling content, analyzing social media metrics, and collaborating with marketing teams to ensure a cohesive advertising strategy. The ideal candidate will have a keen sense of fashion trends, a creative flair, and the ability to engage effectively with a digital audience.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation:Develop innovative and engaging content that reflects current fashion trends and promotes merchandise, including posts, videos, and live interactions.
Social Media Strategy:Plan and execute digital campaigns to enhance follower engagement and increase brand awareness.
Analytics Monitoring:Track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns and adjust strategies based on data insights.
Community Management:Respond to comments and messages on various platforms, fostering a positive community and enhancing customer relations.
Collaboration:Work closely with marketing, sales, and design teams to ensure brand consistency and to capitalize on marketing opportunities.
Market Research:Stay updated with the latest social media trends and technologies, as well as prevailing fashion industry insights to keep the content fresh and relevant.
Influencer Partnership:Coordinate with influencers and bloggers to widen the brand’s reach and credibility.
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
Proven experience (3-4 years) as a Social Media Specialist or similarrole preferablyin the retail or fashion industry.
Strong understanding of marketing strategies and how to utilize these across various social media platforms.
