Aari India is a 26 year old contemporary fashion legacy rooted in Indian craftsmanship, offering curated collections across sarees, occasion wear, and modern silhouettes. With a strong digital-first presence, we are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to shape and elevate our brand storytelling.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a Social Media Strategist with a keen eye for aesthetics, trends, and fashion storytelling. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end social media management, from ideation to execution across our key platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a monthly content calendar for: Aari India, Sarees by Aari, and Suits by Aari
- Conceptualize and execute shoot mood boards, including styling, props, and visual direction
- Oversee and assist in shoot execution, ensuring alignment with brand identity
- Create engaging captions and copy tailored to each platform and collection
- Design and edit content using Canva and/or Adobe Illustrator
- Manage and post content across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Pinterest
- Stay updated with fashion and social media trends to keep the brand relevant and aspirational
Requirements:
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in social media within the fashion industry
- Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of fashion styling and visual storytelling
- Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Illustrator
- Hands-on experience with content creation, reels, and short-form video formats
- Ability to work full-time, in-person in Mumbai
- Strong communication and copywriting skills
