REPORT TO: Senior Aesthetician / Salon Manager / Owner
TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS:
- Monday – Friday (08:00am – 17:00pm)
- Saturday (08:00am – 15:00pm)
- CLOSED on Sundays & Select Public Holidays
SALARY & COMPANY BENEFITS:
- R7,000 – R10,000 BASIC Salary per month (Based on desired skills & experience)
- Tiered Commission (10% – 15%)
- Performance incentives
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Diploma achieved in Beauty Therapy OR Health & Skincare (2+ Years) / Somatology (3+ Years)/ Dermal Aesthetician (4+ Years)
International accreditation: ITEC / CIDESCO / CIBTAC / SAAHSP – BONUS
A minimum of 3+ Years as a qualified Skincare Therapist (post-grad)
Experience and confident in performing Skin Care & Beauty Therapy treatments (within your scope of practice):
Facial Peels (Mild +), Micro-Needling or Derma Pen, Dermaplaning
Confidently perform detailed Skin Analysis and provide Treatment plans
Assist the Senior Aesthetician where operationally required
Promote re-bookings and regular client check-ins post treatment
No career hoppers – we are seeking long-term commitment
Based in or around Roodepoort with ease of travel
Experience working with Facial Devices including Iontophoresis, Sonophoresis, Skin Pen / Derma Pen / Micro-needling / LED / Galvanic etc.
Prior experience working with advanced Facial Products offering advanced / medical grade / chemical Peels
Retail confident and up to date with latest trends in products
