Sourcingo Private Limited is looking for a driven and detail-focused Sourcing Manager (Apparel/Fashion Industry) to join our growing team in Jaipur.
If you have hands-on experience in garment sourcing and factory coordination, this role is for you.
🎯 Role Overview
You’ll take complete ownership of apparel sourcing operations — from identifying the right garment factories (knits & woven) to managing vendor relationships and ensuring smooth production execution.
🧵 Key Responsibilities
• Source and onboard garment/apparel factories (knits & woven categories)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with apparel manufacturers & vendors
• Negotiate pricing, timelines, and production terms within the fashion/apparel ecosystem
• Monitor garment quality standards, sampling, and delivery timelines
• Expand and strengthen the apparel supplier network
• Drive end-to-end sourcing operations with strong follow-ups
💡 Who Should Apply
• Prior experience in apparel/fashion sourcing, garment manufacturing, or textile industry is preferred
• Strong understanding of knits & woven garment production
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple factories, vendors, and production timelines
• Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and execution-driven
