Key Responsibilities

- Talent Acquisition: Drive end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles, ensuring timely and quality hiring.
- Employee Engagement: Design and implement engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture.
- Performance Management: Manage appraisal cycles, goal-setting, and performance improvement plans.
- Compliance & Policy Management: Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies; update HR policies as needed.
- Training & Development: Identify skill gaps and coordinate learning programs for employees.
- HR Analytics: Prepare and analyze HR dashboards and reports for management decision-making.
- Conflict Resolution: Address employee grievances and maintain harmonious workplace relations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Office.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
