About The Job:
- We are looking for a Sourcing Partner to support our Executive Search team in building strong pipelines for Director+ hiring across Product and Technology roles.
- This role will partner closely with Talent Partners to drive candidate identification, outreach, and market insights, while supporting ongoing and future leadership hiring needs.

Essential Job Functions:
- Support talent mapping and research for Product and Technology roles.
- Identify and engage high-quality candidates for mid to senior-level hiring (Dir+ exposure is a plus).
- Conduct candidate outreach and pitching, building initial interest in opportunities.
- Provide basic market insights and support competitive intelligence gathering.
- Maintain search tracking, reporting, and pipeline updates.
- Collaborate with Talent Partners to ensure smooth execution across searches.
Qualifications:
- 2-3+ years of experience in recruiting/sourcing for Product/Tech roles.
- Exposure to mid to senior-level hiring (executive search experience is a plus).
- Basic understanding of market mapping and talent research.
- Comfortable with candidate outreach and engagement, including pitching roles.
- Ability to support market insights and simple reporting/tracking.
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
