What you’ll be doing
Assist in the sourcing and procurement of raw materials, components, and other production-related supplies
Collaborate with internal teams to plan and schedule production activities, ensuring efficient workflow
Monitor inventory levels and liaise with suppliers to maintain optimum stock levels
Prepare and process purchase orders, invoices, and other documentation related to procurement
Provide administrative support to the production and logistics teams as needed
Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings within the supply chain.
What we’re looking for
1-2 years of experience in a similar production planning or procurement role, preferably in a manufacturing environment (or if less experience, willingness to lear).
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Proficiency in using ERP systems, spreadsheets, and other relevant software
Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
Knowledge of production planning, inventory management, and supply chain best practices
Experience with AP21 would be desirable.
