Become part of The Clayfield’s luxury spa team in scenic Niagara-on-the-Lake. We are looking for dedicated Aestheticians to provide personalized spa experiences and exceptional service.
Scheduled to open in Summer 2026, The Clayfield seeks service-focused professionals to deliver high-end facials and body treatments. You’ll report to the Spa Director and ensure each treatment aligns with our principles of craftsmanship and tranquility.
Your role involves building rapport with guests and maintaining an immaculate spa environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide luxury facial and spa treatments following protocols
• Customize treatments via thorough guest consultations
• Educate clients on skincare and promote product sales
• Keep treatment rooms clean and organized before and after services
• Work collaboratively with the spa team for seamless service delivery
Requirements:
• Recognized aesthetic diploma
• Experience in luxury spa settings preferred
• Strong knowledge of skincare and treatments
• Excellent guest communication and service skills
• Flexible for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
