SALES SPA ASSOCIATEPT $11-$15 hourly
Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking apart-timeFront Desk Spa Associatesat our Spring location.
You area critical link in ensuring that our customers’ experience in our spa is nothing other thanOUTSTANDING!
The primaryQualificationsandRequirementsof this role include, but are not limited to:
Promote spa membership
Be a team player! Be part of a positive and mindfulwork environment
Welcome and greet members/guests upon arrival
Answer phones, book appointments, sell memberships, gift cards and upgrades
Maintain a professional and cleanwork environment& appearance
Provide excellent, warm customer service to members/guests
Follow proper filing procedures/file maintenance

Job Requirements:
Excellent personal appearance, good verbal and writtencommunication skills
Ability to handle stressful situations professionally and multi-task with ease, all while focusing on the guest
High school diploma or equivalent is required
Flexible availability – able to work openings, closings or weekends
Bilingual preferred
