** Responsibilities**:
– Keep work area clean and neat at all times
– Follow all Standards and Procedures as taught by Spa Operations Supervisor
– To ensure that a high standard of service is maintained throughout the Spa
– Report dysfunctional equipment to Treatment Spa Manager
– To maintain inventory of supplies for the operations of the spa
– To attend daily line-ups, weekly and monthly spa meetings
– Will be expected to assist various demonstrations and events
– Must attend all training courses as deemed necessary, and must adhere to training as set down by the Treatment Spa Manager
– Report dysfunctional equipment to Treatment Spa Manager
– Assist in the operations of all spa departments as required:
Front Desk, Spa Retail, Area Relaxation, Area Preparation Room, Fitness Centre and Spa Suite
Requirement:
– Senior School qualification or equivalent is a must
– Minimum 1 year of experience working in a service environment is a must
– Previous experience working in a 5-star hotel environment at housekeeping department will be an advantage
