Job *

The Spa Director is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, business development, andguest experienceof the spa. This role ensures the highest level of service, staff management, and financial performance while maintaining a luxurious and relaxing environment. The Spa Director works closely with management to develop strategies, implement policies, and uphold brand standards.

Key *

Operations *

Oversee the daily operations of the spa, including treatments, facilities, and guest services.

Ensure a seamless, high-qualityguest experienceby maintaining cleanliness, ambiance, and service standards.

Implement and monitor health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed.

Financial *

Manage and execute the spa budget, ensuring profitability and cost-effectiveness.

Analyze financial reports, track revenue, and implement strategies to increase sales.

Monitors the spas actual and projected sales to ensure revenue goals are met or exceeded.

Management of Payroll

StaffLeadership& *

Train and manage spa staff.

Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching forprofessional growth.

Foster a positive andcollaborative teamenvironment.

Ensure all employees adhere to company policies and service standards..

Guest Experience & Customer *

Ensure an exceptionalguest experiencethrough personalized services and high-quality treatments.

Handle guest complaints and feedback to continuously improve service.

Monitorcustomer satisfactionthrough surveys and reviews.

Requirements & **

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in spa management or hospitalityleadership.

Strongleadership,communication, and organizational skills.

Knowledge of spa treatments,wellnesstrends, and beauty services.

Experience with financial planning, budgeting, and revenue management.

Proficiency in spa booking software andPOS systems.

Ability to workflexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
