Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the entire spa operation, ensuring smooth day-to-day business functions.
Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability.
Lead, mentor, and train a team of beauty professionals to maintain top-tier service standards.
Create and execute marketing and sales strategies to attract and retain clients.
Manage budgets, financial performance, and participate in profit-sharing initiatives.
Establish and uphold hygiene, safety, and operational protocols in compliance with industry standards.
Build strong relationships with clients and business partners to enhance brand reputation.
Introduce new beauty trends, treatments, and services to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
Minimum 10 years of experience in the beauty, spa, or wellness industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Strong business acumen and proven track record in spa management and revenue growth.
Excellent leadership, people management, and communication skills.
Proficient in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders.
In-depth knowledge of facial treatments, hair spa, waxing, and wellness services.
Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and financial management.
Passionate about beauty and wellness, with a client-centric mindset.
