You will

with colleagues A keen eye for detail, organisational skills and a flexible attitude Aim of the Spa Duty Manager role As a member of the Spa Duty Management team you will assist the Spa Manager in running shifts within the spa to ensure a safe environment is provided for guests and team members.

You will

assist team members, spa members and guests when required so that we maintain a 5 star spa environment at all times

Responsibilities

of the Spa Duty Manager Help manage the time while you are on duty ensuring 5 star standards are maintained at all times Show integrity when assisting team members and guests where required during busy times in the spa Assist the management team with their weekly and monthly reporting Maintain 5 star standards throughout the spa through management of the operational team and by conducting regular walk rounds within all spa facilities Take pride in your knowledge of the spa and spa membership, assisting with enquires on products and services when required Support with creating rotas for each team and provide solutions to any questions from the team If this role is of interest to you, then please
