Position Summary
The Stylist provides various hair services and treatments that improve the guests’ overall sense of well-being and enhance the club experience. Services include haircuts, perms, coloring, highlighting, and foiling, aiming to exceed guest expectations through sales, services, and product recommendations.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Provide individualized hair services and treatments tailored to clients’ needs and expectations.
Educate clients on Life Spa and Salon products, services, and treatments to help them maintain their style.
Serve as an expert in hair analysis and maintenance regimens, staying current with styles and techniques.
Promote all Life Spa and Salon products, services, and treatments.
Maintain current certifications and stay updated on industry trends.
Keep work stations clean and organized according to salon standards.
Position Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Completed Cosmetology school
1 to 3 years of experience as a stylist
Cosmetology license in the state of employment
Ability to perform various hair services and treatments
Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, interest, and commissions
Physical ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb, and lift up to 50 pounds
Preferred Requirements
Experience working as a stylist in a professional setting
Knowledge of Salon Biz software
