From here, you will help shape the evolution of our treatments and lead their rollout to partnering spas in some of the world’s most prestigious hotels.
As Spa Manager , you’ll balance
hands-on
expertise with visionary
leadership

role that demands excellence in delivering exceptional treatments, training and inspiring a team to deliver outstanding service, and designing bespoke therapeutic experiences. You’ll also work proactively to innovate, bringing

Main Responsibilities
Deliver an extensive range of therapeutic and aesthetic treatments, including massages, hot stone therapy, luxury beauty facials, and nail services.
Lead and supervise a team of spa therapists, overseeing the daily operations of our holistic spa facilities.
Manage scheduling, training programs, reservations,
retail operations
, and other spa-related activities with
precision
and care.
Oversee product orders and maintain strict inventory control to ensure seamless operations.
Uphold the highest standards of luxury while creating a welcoming and serene environment for our esteemed guests.
Drive the spa’s success by optimizing team schedules, fostering continuous staff development, and achieving a balance between treatment excellence and retail performance.
Plan and coordinate all
wellness
events, workshops, and personalized guest requests with an eye for detail.
Act as a key figure in the strategic development of Seed to Skin Tuscany, working closely with our team to innovate treatments, enhance training programs, and help define the next chapter of our globally distributed skincare line.
What we’re looking for:
Professional
Experience:
A minimum of 4 years in a managerial role within a high-level spa environment.
Qualifications:
A recognized therapist diploma or equivalent certification is required.
Language
Skills:
Proficiency in English and fluency in Italian are essential. Additional language skills are an advantage.
