REQUIREMENTS
Lead, coach, train and set expectations for a team of spa service professionals
Demonstrate ability to balance coaching with discipline
Manage, coach and train team on selling spa services and products to reach or exceed financial goals
Manage, coach and train team on cost management best practices
Manage administrative tasks including being a Spa Associate when required but not limited to payroll, scheduling, inventory and reporting
Knowledge and good understanding about skin care services and products
QUALIFICATIONSMinimum 5 years experience in spa industry in a
leadership
role Excellent knowledge of spa services and
retail operations
Ability to
meet or exceed sales goals
Strong desire
to provide, train and deliver outstanding customer service
Deep knowledge and understanding of spa services and product line with strong capacity to sell these to clients
Ability to
work flexible schedule including days / evenings / weekends / split shifts and holidays Having a diploma in esthetics would be an asset
