We are seeking an experienced and

Spa Manager
to join our prestigious clients lodge, offering a serene and luxurious environment nestled in nature. If you are passionate about

Minimum requirements:
Matric plus a recognized qualification in beauty therapy or spa management
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar spa management role, preferably within a lodge or luxury hospitality setting
Well-groomed and professional at all times
Proficient in spa booking systems and stock management
Valid drivers license and own reliable transportation
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the spa to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
Manage and lead a team of spa therapists and support staff
Develop and implement spa service protocols and standards
Ensure an exceptional guest experience with personalized, high-quality treatments
Manage stock, ordering of spa products, and inventory control
Handle guest feedback and implement improvements where necessary
