and assist in developing a brand-new spa from scratch in Abu Dhabi. This is an
exciting
opportunity for someone with expertise in spa operations, design, and management to help shape a new
wellness
destination.
Responsibilities include:
Develop and implement spa policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations Manage and oversee spa staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling Create and maintain a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere for guests Monitor and analyze spa performance metrics to identify areas for improvement Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones Advising on space requirements and layout Guiding the development of spa services and treatments Managing the operational setup of the spa Ensuring the spa meets industry standards and exceeds client expectations The ideal candidate should have: Proven experience in spa management and development In-depth knowledge of
wellness
industry trends Strong
leadership
