You will have the creative freedom to introduce innovative wellness offerings, high-end treatments, and world-class beauty experiences .. The Spa & Salon Manager will be responsible for curating an ultra-luxury wellness experience tailored to the elite HNI residents of the club.

This role involves designing an exclusive spa & salon menu, creating premium wellness offerings, and introducing attractive promotions to enhance resident engagement. The ideal candidate should bring expertise in luxury spa operations, wellness trends, and high-end salon management .

Key Responsibilities:

Exclusive Spa & Salon Menu Curation

Design and curate an exclusive spa & salon menu featuring premium therapies, rejuvenation treatments, and signature experiences.

Introduce bespoke wellness programs, luxury facials, aromatherapy, and holistic healing sessions catering to resident preferences.

Collaborate with renowned wellness experts, dermatologists, and therapists to enhance the spa offerings.

Ensure all treatments and products align with international wellness and skincare standards.

Resident Engagement & Promotions

Conceptualize and implement attractive spa & salon offers, loyalty programs, and referral benefits to enhance resident engagement.

Organize seasonal wellness retreats, self-care masterclasses, and grooming workshops exclusively for club members.

Curate personalized wellness journeys for residents based on their lifestyle, preferences, and health goals.

Introduce limited-edition treatments and exclusive collaborations with luxury skincare and wellness brands.

Luxury Service Standards & Operations

Ensure flawless guest experience, maintaining The Leela’s highest standards of hospitality and discretion.

Oversee spa ambiance, hygiene, and safety protocols, ensuring a serene and luxurious environment.

Monitor product quality, procurement, and inventory, ensuring the use of premium international brands.

Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for efficient spa & salon operations and seamless guest interactions.

Team Management & Training

Lead and mentor a team of therapists, hairstylists, and wellness professionals to maintain high service excellence.

Conduct regular training sessions on luxury guest interactions, personalized service, and new wellness techniques.

Ensure staff is well-versed in consultative wellness guidance, enabling them to customize treatments for residents.

Key Requirements:

Experience: 6-9 years in luxury spa, wellness, or salon management , with at least 3 years in a leadership role .

Education: Degree/Diploma in Spa & Wellness Management, Hospitality, or related fields .

Skills:

Expertise in spa menu development, wellness program curation, and salon management .

Strong knowledge of international skincare brands, holistic therapies, and wellness trends .

Ability to interact with HNI clientele and curate personalized experiences.

Proficiency in revenue management, promotional planning, and staff training .
