Salary: $11.40 + averaging $45-$55/ hr. between hourly, commission, and gratuities

Other Compensation:
Hourly rate + tips + 25% service commission + 10% sales commission on any product sold

Responsibilities:
Monarchs luxuriously designed and beautifully appointed, Spa. Monarch is the only spa to receive a highly-coveted Forbes Travel Guide Four-Star designation. With 30,000 square feet of lavish space, we offer exquisite treatments from around the world and a wide range of spa amenities including three co-ed lounges, 15 luxurious treatment rooms, an exceptionally-equipped Cardio Fitness Center, year-round indoor whirlpools and atrium pool, along with an outdoor pool and whirlpool.
The Monarch Spa has openings for full or part-time massage therapists.
The Massage Therapist will perform Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage and Body Wraps – plus several specialized treatments unique to Spa Monarch.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years prior experience serving in a spa/salon facility. Preferably experience in high-end spa/salon
Experience in advanced massage techniques and demonstrated ability to learn new massage techniques.
Must be
currently licensed by the Colorado State Board of Massage Therapists.
