Position Summary
The Nail Technician provides various manicure, pedicure, and nail services and treatments that improve the guests’ overall sense of well-being and enhance the club experience. They work with the entire Life Spa and Salon team to deliver a superior experience in a professional atmosphere, embodying the mission, vision, and core values of Life Spa and Salon.
Job Duties
and Responsibilities
Provides individualized nail services and treatments tailored to clients’ needs and expectations.
Educates clients on Life Spa and Salon products, services, and treatments.
Discusses options with clients to determine their individual needs.
Offers various nail care services, including natural nail manicures, pedicures, and paraffin treatments.
Promotes and sells nail products, services, and treatments, encouraging repeat business.
Remains current on certifications and industry trends.
Position Requirements
High School Diploma or GED.
At least 2 years of nail technician experience.
Cosmetology license in the state of employment.
Nail technician certification.
Pay
This position offers commissions ranging from 35% to 70%, depending on product sales and productivity. The weekly minimum pay will be the applicable minimum wage per hour.
