Spa Recruit Middle East are seeking a Spa Retail Executive for a luxury hotel spa in Dubai. The Spa Retail Executive is responsible for, but not limited to:
Maximising the revenue of the spa through effective retail sales and spa treatment sales. Ensuring outstanding five-star guest relations, delivering the Spa and hotel service brand standards at Spa Reception and Spa Reservations. Â Requirements: Â Experience as a Retail Executive in luxury retail or luxury spa. Experience as a Spa Receptionist in a luxury spa environment for at least 3 years, or experience as a Reservation Agent.
Familiar with Spa booking systems and hotel operating systems. Having an additional language is an advantage. Tech-savvy. Excellent in written and verbal English. Good knowledge in using Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher.
