Central Location
As a spa consultant, you are required to liaise with other team members and therapists to provide good customer service, maintain excellent customer relationships, and drive sales of products and packages.
Job responsibilities:
· Build customer relations. Consult with customers on massage & beauty treatment packages
· Actively promote and upsell spa services, packages and products to achieve
sales targets
· Administrative and operation duties to support daily operations.
· Work closely with therapists and front desk colleagues to optimise appointments.
· Must be able to ad hoc other duties
Requirements:
· Sales consultant background preferred. Experience in beauty industry will be an advantage
· Good interpersonal skills and excellent
communication skills
in both English and mandarin
· ITEC/CIBTAC or other relevant Beauty/
Wellness
certifications would be a plus
· Responsible &
positive attitude
· Energetic, self-motivated & independent
· Willing to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays (Weekdays 1145am to 9pm , Weekends and PH 1115am to 8pm)
