Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa is looking for an energetic Spa Sales Manager with enthusiasm, strong organizational skills, a self-starter and think “outside the box” type of person. The ideal candidate will have a minimum 2-3 years of sales/customer service experience, preferably in a luxury hotel, spa or gym environment. The primary Qualifications and Requirements of this role include, but are not limited to:
* Retail/sales experience with high conversion skills
* Experience selling memberships
* Supervisory experience
* Oversee and manage the daily sales operations of the front desk
* Motivate and train our Spa Associate team to convert and perform at 40+% conversion
* A passion for people and sales
* High level of enthusiasm
* Proven record ofsales successin a membership based business
* Ability to promote the health andwellnessbenefits of both massage therapy and facials
* Ability to work flexible schedule including days/evenings/weekends/holidays
* Knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product line
