The Role

We are searching for a passionate Spa Therapist to support our wellness team in maintaining excellent, 5
* standards within our luxury spa. In this vital role, you will ensure a flawless, rejuvenating experience for our hotel guests, members, and visitors, directly contributing to our exceptional guest journey. If you bring vibrant energy, genuine warmth, and a commitment to excellence, we would love to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing :

  • Pristine Presentation: Welcoming guests warmly and guiding them through an upscale wellness journey, delivering specialised body and facial treatments to immaculate standards.
  • Expert Care: Utilising thorough knowledge of massage and beauty techniques to deliver 5
    * experiences with understated excellence, making guests feel uplifted from the moment they arrive.
  • Operational Flow: Preparing treatment rooms, keeping up to date with product houses (Elemis and Seabody), and ensuring the spa facilities (including hydrotherapy pool, sauna, and steam room) remain pristine and tranquil.
  • Team Synergy: Actively promoting retail products, collaborating with the wider spa team, and acting with honesty and integrity to keep operations running smoothly.

What We Are Looking For

  • Qualifications: Level 2 & 3 Beauty and Spa Therapy diploma (NVQ) is essential for this role.
  • A Proactive Mindset: A genuine passion for what you do, strong interpersonal skills, and a dedication to going above and beyond.
  • Contract & Flexibility: This is a permanent, part‑time position based on a 4‑day working week, requiring the flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
  • Pay & Reward: A competitive rate of £13.56 per hour, plus a 1% commission on treatments, 10% commission on retail sales, and a share of hotel‑wide gratuities.
