Main Area of Responsibility:
Become part of the prestigious ESPA family, undergoing
comprehensive training
in a variety of advanced treatments, including but not limited to:
Advanced facials
Bamboo massage
Pre-natal treatments
Mindful massage
Deep muscle massage
Mii manicures and pedicures
Dermaplaning
Execute all treatments with the utmostprecisionand care, adhering to our 5-star standards.
Stay updated with the latest treatment protocols and product launches, ensuring every guest receives the latest in spainnovation.
Maintain impeccable personal appearance, reflecting theprofessionalismand elegance of our environment.
Offer personalized aftercare and retail recommendations, enhancing guests’ well-being and satisfaction.
Achieve retail targets and enjoyexcitingproduct incentives.
Foster a positive and motivated atmosphere, both with guests and colleagues.
About You:
Hold a recognised Beauty Therapy qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 2&3, BTEC, CIDESCO).
ESPA training is advantageous, though not mandatory; continuous training is integral to your role.
Experience in delivering various spa treatments, particularly in facials, body therapies, manicures, or pedicures.
Possess exceptional guest service skills, ensuring each interaction is memorable and satisfying.
A deep-rooted passion for the spa industry, with a commitment to delivering unparalleled treatment experiences.
Salary:
Up to £23,000 per year + attractivebenefits package
Contract Type:
Full-time and part-time roles available, offeringflexibilitytailored to your needs.
