Responsibilities
- Perform different types of massages, beauty treatments, and wellness therapies.
- Maintain detailed records of massages, treatments, and therapies performed on each spa guest.
- Communicate with guests during massages to adjust techniques as required.
- Resolve guest complaints and report any accidents to the supervisor.
- Clean and sanitize work areas, change treatment room sheets, and sterilize all instruments and equipment before each use.
- Explain massages, treatments, and therapies to guests and provide suitable recommendations as needed.
- Ensure that the spa is adequately stocked with supplies and report shortages to the supervisor.
- Inquire about guests’ medical conditions and allergies before providing services.
- Able to work at the weekend and public holiday.
Employment Details
- Full‑Time/Permanent Position.
- Able to start work at short notice.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least aPrimary/Secondary School/”N” or “O” Level, Professional Certificate such as CIDESCO / CIBTAC / ITEC / NITEC in beauty and wellness or relevant certifications.
- Minimum 3 years of working as Beautician/ Facial and body therapist is an established spa.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (in orderto liaise with the Mandarin speaking patients).
- Well‑groomed and pleasant personality.
- Good service‑oriented approach and initiative.
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
