Purpose
To ensure the Spa and related working areas are maintained to the standard required by the company and, that customers receive the standard of service they expect. Ensure all transactions and treatments are conducted promptly, accurately, efficiently and courteously.
Duties
Maintaining a safe and secure
work environment
by maintaining personal hygiene, following procedures designed to protect customers visitors and staff and by identifying potential security risks and securing all customer and staff areas as well as storage and security facilities. Developing effective working relationships Display
Customer care
skills Fulfil Reception duties Promote additional products or services to clients Develop and maintain your effectiveness at work Contribute to the financial effectiveness of the business Control receipt, storage and issues of resources Maintain cleanliness of work place and equipment/ materials used service.
Provide nail art service Provide self tanning treatments Provide make-up treatment Essential:
Level 3 NVQ/SVQ or equivalent in Beauty Therapy qualification essential Minimum of 1 years experience in performing Spa and Beauty treatments Proven experience in the luxury Spa &
