We are now looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Spa Therapist to join their thriving team.
Role Summary
- Deliver a wide range of professional treatments, including therapeutic, holistic, and beauty therapies such as massage, facials, pregnancy massage, and body treatments.
- Carry out in‑depth client consultations and recommend suitable treatments and products.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and tranquil treatment environment at all times.
- Accurately document client records and treatment notes.
- Contribute to the development of new treatments and participate in ongoing training.
- Work collaboratively within a large team, promoting additional services and enhancing the guest experience.
- Be part of a dynamic team of around 70 staff, including 20 therapists.
About You
- Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy (essential)
- Strong treatment knowledge with a client‑focused approach
- Personable, welcoming, and adaptable, with the ability to understand and respond to individual client needs.
- Professional, well‑presented, with excellent communication skills.
- A positive team player with a genuine passion for wellbeing.
