Job Description
Greet guests warmly by name to create a positive first impression.
Contribute to high service standards as outlined in the Standard Operations Manual.
Perform quality massage therapies and body treatments as per the Standard Training Manual.
Ensure all service equipment functions properly at all times.
Answer guest questions regarding treatments and explain their benefits or advantages.
Assist with demonstrations and events as required.
Participate in training and refresher programs as needed.
Update the Therapist Log Book regularly.
Complete all assignments by deadlines under the guidance of the spa manager or supervisor.
Respond to company changes proactively.
Qualifications Certificate in massage therapy.
Qualified female candidates with the ability to conduct yoga sessions are preferred.
Previous experience in a spa setting.
Ability to communicate effectively in English and Arabic.
Well-groomed with a high standard of personal hygiene.
Enthusiastic and eager to learn.
