About you
As a Spa Therapist you will report directly to Front Office Manager. You will be a dedicated and experienced spa therapist to perform massages and beauty treatments depending on guests’ needs and preferences. The spa therapist’s responsibilities include greeting and welcoming spa guests, informing guests of spa packages, promotions, and rates, and customizing treatments and therapies to suit guests’ needs. You should also be able to recommend additional spa services and up-sell spa products.
To be successful in this job position, you should be maintaining a comfortable environment for the clients to feel better. You should have in-depth knowledge of various equipment and techniques used during the treatments. In addition to this, you should be managing and maintaining all the hygiene standards of the spa.
- High school diploma.
- Licensed in massage therapy and cosmetology or aesthetics.
- Proven experience working as a spa therapist.
- CPR and First Aid certifications are advantageous.
- Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and different massage techniques.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to work for flexible hours and on weekends as well
- Demonstrate the ability to have effective sales abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Tools such as Excel and Word
- Applicable of Indonesian Citizen only.

We have developed a concept for the Spa & Salon, we have decided on the positioning and design- however we are looking for a passionate individual who wants to be involved to project manage this project through to opening and beyond.
This is a truly unique opportunity that requires someone who is experienced, thrives on building a team of Rockstars for the salon and really having the opportunity to add value and ultimately the goal will be to be recognized and renown for being and offering the best Spa & Salon services in Bali.
Other duties, but not limited to include developing and implementing the following:
- Performing different types of massages and beauty such as manicures and pedicures, waxing technique and facial treatments
- Maintaining detailed records of massages, treatments, and therapies performed on each spa guest.
- Communicating with guests during massages to adjust massage techniques as required.
- Resolving guest complaints and reporting any accidents to the Manager
- Cleaning and sanitizing work areas, changing treatment room sheets, and sterilizing all instruments and equipment before each use.
- Explaining massages, treatments, and therapies to guests and providing suitable recommendations as needed.
- Ensuring that the spa is adequately stocked with spa supplies and reporting shortages to the supervisor.
- Enquiring about guests’ medical conditions and allergies before providing spa services.
