Therapist / Beautician (w/m/d)
Deliver high-quality treatments while strictly adhering to spa protocols and standards.
Ensure a positive and motivating work atmosphere by fostering collaboration and maintaining a professional attitude.
Provide expert post-treatment advice and confidently recommend suitable products to enhance the guest experience.
Ensure efficient communication and responsive service to meet guest needs.
Contribute to the overall success of the spa by consistently delivering exceptional service and maintaining a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
Your profile
Possess an EU-recognized certification in beauty treatments, including facials, manicures, pedicures, waxing, and classic full-body massages.
Proven sales skills with the ability to confidently upsell treatments and products.
At least 2 years of experience as a spa therapist in the luxury hotel industry.
Previous experience in a similar role with documented success in meeting or exceeding expectations.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a valuable asset.
