Who are we looking for?
May 2024 marks Lush’s return to Covent Garden, the shopping and entertainment epicentre of London’s West End. Covent Garden never misses the opportunity to put on a show, it’s time for you to take centre stage and join the Lush Spa. With 44 million visitors per year, who flock to Covent Garden for its world class shopping, dining and entertainment; this is the perfect stage and place for the Lush Spa.
Covent Garden Spa will be a brand new Spa and will have 4 treatment rooms, one being a double room meaning 5 couches. The Spa will be situated in the basement of the shop bringing a warm and cosy atmosphere. Additional rest areas have been incorporated into this spa to give the clients the best transition before and after treatments.
The Lush Spa allows us to showcase LUSH’s values, ethos and products in a truly amazing way. There is no better treat for us as a company than to be able to spend an hour or so with a client whilst using and demonstrating our products on their skin, creating the ‘ultimate demo’ for our products. The level of training provided to our Spa Therapists along with the uniqueness of the treatments and the comfort of the environment create truly beautiful experiences to all our clients!
We are looking for Therapists on a range of different contracts from 24 – 40 hours.
Responsibilities:
Performing Lush Spa Treatments
Representing the Spa on the shop floor and across the business
Dealing with clients
Day to Day running of the Spa
Booking clients in using a booking system
Keeping high standards in the Spa
Being responsible for your own wellbeing using Injurypreventiontraining that is provided
Keeping product & treatment knowledge up to date
Stock control
Skills and experience:
An NVQ Level 3 qualification in Beauty Therapy or equivalent in Holistic Therapy, which includes full-body massage.
Passionate about delivering excellent customer service and treatments.
Passionate about representing the LUSH brand, ethics and products both on the shop floor and in the Spa.
